The API Freshwater Master Test Kit includes tests to monitor pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels in your aquaponics system.
This kit is a convenient all in one testing solution when first cycling your aquaponics system. It then allows you to monitor the water conditions as your system matures so you can better manage your planting schedule & maintain healthy water parameters for your fish.

This kit contains 800 tests, easy-to-ready instructions, chemical reagents, 4 test tubes and colour chart so you can quickly determine test results.

The Basics of How to Use

1. Fill the provided test tubes with 5ml of water from your aquaponics system.
2. Add the required amount of test solution drops as noted on the reagent bottle for the parameter you are testing.
   PLEASE NOTE: Nitrate requires additional shaking of reagent bottle before use. See instruction booklet.
3. Cap the test tubes and gently shake for allotted time as per kit instructions.
4. Wait for allotted time as per kit instructions.
5. Compare the resulting colour in test tube to the colour chart to determine levels of chemicals/pH in your system water.
